Visbody and Clinic Conductor: body scans, straight into the care plan

Clinic Conductor connects directly to the Visbody API, so every body composition and posture scan reaches the clinic's EMR and care plan report on its own.

The short version

  • Clinic Conductor is Visbody's Integration Partner for clinic workflow and care plan reporting.
  • It connects directly to the Visbody API. A clinic authorizes the connection once, and nothing changes on the scanner.
  • Every scan is matched to the client and written into the EMR the clinic already runs, including Jane App, Oscar Pro and TELUS Health.
  • Scans join bloodwork, VO2 max and history in one care plan report, with progress across scans, signed by the physician.
  • Visbody clinics can start with a free Clinic IT Diagnostic; Clinic Conductor clinics can be introduced to Visbody for a device.

Why the scan usually stops at the scanner

A Visbody scan takes minutes. Body composition, body shape and posture are measured, and the client sees their result on the spot. Then, in most clinics, the result starts a second journey: a PDF is exported or printed, filed against the client by hand, and its numbers are copied into the plan the physician is writing. When the client comes back for the next scan, someone puts the two reports side by side to show what changed.

None of that work needs a person. It is the work Clinic Conductor takes off clinics, and the reason Visbody and PulseAI became partners.

What the partnership is

Clinic Conductor, by PulseAI, is Visbody's Integration Partner for clinic workflow and care plan reporting. Visbody introduces its clinics to Clinic Conductor when they want their scans inside their workflow, and PulseAI introduces its clinics to Visbody when they want to add body composition and posture assessment. A clinic that uses both stays Visbody's customer for its devices and PulseAI's customer for its workflow.

How the connection works

From the scanner to the signed care plan

  1. 1AuthorizeThe clinic authorizes Clinic Conductor to receive its Visbody results. Nothing changes on the scanner.
  2. 2ScanThe client is scanned as usual.
  3. 3ReceiveThe completed scan arrives through the Visbody API.
  4. 4MatchIt is matched to the client's record, and anything uncertain waits for a person.
  5. 5WriteThe results are written into the EMR and tools the clinic runs.
  6. 6ReportThe scan joins the care plan report, next to the clinic's other data.
  7. 7SignThe physician reviews and signs before the client sees it.
Each clinic's report is configured to its own protocols, branding and EMR during onboarding.

Clinic Conductor connects directly to the Visbody API, the documented interface Visbody provides for integration partners, so there are no exports to schedule and no files to move. The connection runs for the clinics that authorize it, and only for them.

Privacy

The connection carries health information, so it runs under the same commitments as everything Clinic Conductor does. Every clinic signs a privacy agreement with PulseAI before any data is shared, a business associate agreement for US clinics. Patient data is used only for the clinic's own work and is never used to train AI. Canadian clinics are stored and processed in Canada, Québec clinics in Québec, and US clinics in a separate US setup. Visbody remains responsible for its own devices and platforms. The Trust Center has the detail.

Getting started

If your clinic runs Visbody scanners

Book a call. Your Clinic IT Diagnostic maps the systems you run, and the Visbody connection goes live as part of your Action Plan.

If your clinic runs Clinic Conductor

Ask us about Visbody. We introduce you to Visbody or its authorized distributor in Canada or the United States, who handles the device, installation, training and service. Your scans then flow into the care plan you already use.

For Visbody's teams and distributors

Introduce any clinic that asks how to get scan results into its EMR or its care plans. The first step for the clinic is a free Clinic IT Diagnostic.

Questions, answered

Does Clinic Conductor integrate with Visbody?

Yes. Clinic Conductor is Visbody's Integration Partner and connects directly to the Visbody API, so each scan reaches the clinic's EMR and care plan report without exporting or retyping.

Which EMRs can Visbody scans reach through Clinic Conductor?

The EMR the clinic already runs. Clinic Conductor is live in production with Jane App, Oscar Pro and TELUS Health, and connects other EMRs through the interface they support.

Does anything change on the Visbody scanner?

No. The clinic authorizes the connection once, and scans are taken exactly as before.

Who looks after the device?

Visbody or its authorized distributor handles the device, installation, training, warranty and service. PulseAI looks after the workflow and the reports.

Is the data used to train AI?

No. Patient data is used only for the clinic's own work, under a privacy agreement signed before any data is shared, and is never used to train AI.

See it running

Care plan reports bring every scan, lab and assessment into one summary the physician reviews and signs.
