Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions.

What Clinic Conductor is, what it connects, what it changes, and what working with us actually involves.

What is Clinic Conductor?

The layer that makes your clinic's existing technology work as one. It connects your systems, information and workflows, takes the administration between them off your team, and gives that time back to your patients.

Will we need to replace our existing systems?

No. Clinic Conductor runs on the technology you already own. Your team keeps its tools, its screens and its logins.

Can Clinic Conductor work with our EMR?

Yes. Jane App, Oscar Pro and TELUS Health are live in production, and any other EMR connects through the interface it supports. Your Clinic IT Diagnostic confirms exactly what connects in your clinic.

How will Clinic Conductor improve the patient experience?

Every enquiry is answered within the minute, at any hour, in the patient's own language. Information is asked for once. And your team spends its time with patients instead of navigating systems.

Can Clinic Conductor help us grow without adding staff?

Yes. La Vie Executive Health grew monthly client volume by 25 percent across four locations with no new hires. Clinic Conductor absorbs the administrative work that would otherwise grow with every new patient.

Will Clinic Conductor change the way our clinic operates?

Only where you want it to. We start from how your clinic works today and remove the manual steps between your systems. Your way of working stays, and the busywork leaves.

How is Clinic Conductor different from an all-in-one clinic management system?

An all-in-one system moves your operations onto its platform. Clinic Conductor keeps the tools that already serve your clinic and conducts the work between them, with no migration, no retraining and no disruption to the clinic day.

Is patient information secure?

Yes. Clinic Conductor is compliant with PHIPA, Québec's Law 25, PIPEDA and HIPAA. Your patient data is yours, it is encrypted, everyone who signs in uses two-step verification, and it is never used to train AI. It runs on infrastructure certified to ISO/IEC 27001 and audited under SOC 2 Type II. The Trust Center has the detail.

Where does our patients' data live?

Canadian clinics are stored and processed in Canada, and Québec clinics in Québec, on servers in Montréal. Documents waiting for clinician review stay in your clinic's own account, under your control; where that account is held depends on your clinic's setup, and we confirm it with you at onboarding. US clinics run in a fully separate setup, in the United States only.

Do you train AI on our patient data?

Never. Your patient data is yours. It is never used to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's.

Do Canadian and US clinics share anything?

No. US clinics run in their own separate setup, with their own account and their own data, in the United States only. Canadian and US clinics never share anything.

What do we sign?

A written data-protection agreement before any data is shared: a business associate agreement for every US clinic, and an agreement meeting PHIPA or Québec's requirements for Canadian clinics. Our security package is ready for your privacy review whenever you want it.

How long does implementation take?

You see results in the first week. Your Action Plan sets the timeline for each phase, starting with the solution that returns the most hours.

What happens as our clinic grows?

Clinic Conductor grows with it. Every solution runs on the same layer, so each new service, location or workflow is faster to connect than the last, and Advisory keeps it tuned.

How much does Clinic Conductor cost?

It depends on your clinic and the solutions in your Clinic Prescription, which includes a quote. You pay only after a successful implementation.

What does getting started look like?

One call. Your Clinic IT Diagnostic starts there: we learn your clinic, your systems and where the hours go, and recommend the path forward. It costs nothing.
