Privacy policy
What this website collects and what happens to it. Last updated 24 October 2026.
What we collect
If you use the contact form we receive your name, clinic, work email, a phone number if you give one, and your message. Bookings are handled by Cal.com, which collects what you enter there. In the background we see pages viewed, rough location from your network address, and how you arrived.
We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move through pages so we can see where the site is confusing. It masks what you type into form fields.
Who touches it
Netlify hosts the site and stores form submissions. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure usage. HubSpot holds our contact records and measures visits to this site. Cal.com runs bookings. If you arrive from one of our emails, the link carries a reference that connects your visit to our record of you in HubSpot, so we know which pages were useful. These set cookies in your browser, which you can block or clear in your browser settings without affecting your use of the site. Nobody else sees your information, and we do not sell it.
What we do with it
We reply to you, arrange a call, and work out which parts of this site are useful. We keep an enquiry until we close the file on it, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
To see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, email support@pulseai.ca and we will do it within thirty days.
One thing worth separating
This policy covers this website. Patient information inside a clinic deployment is a different matter: the clinic is its custodian, Clinic Conductor processes it only on that clinic's instructions. Canadian clinics are stored and processed in Canada, Québec clinics in Québec, and US clinics in the US. The Trust Center sets out how.
Questions about any of this?
Write to support@pulseai.ca and a person will answer. We reply within one business day.
